Delete your Namma Taxi account

You can delete your account yourself in any of our apps: open ☰ → Help & safety → Delete account (riders), Help → Delete account (drivers) or the bottom of the Partner app. Deletion is immediate: your name, number, documents and location history are removed. Trip and payment records required by Indian tax law are kept for the statutory period without your identity.

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@nammataxi.in from any address with the mobile number on the account, or call the helpline. We verify the number with a one-time code and complete the deletion within 7 days.
